Welcome to Homestay Bangi. By booking and staying at our homestay, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or a trusted booking platform.
• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
• We accept online bank transfers, credit cards, and e-wallet payments.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
• Cancellation within 3-6 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the homestay.
• Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
• Guests must respect neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.
• Any damage to property must be reported immediately and may be subject to charges.

5. Liability & Security

• Homestay Bangi is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who violate these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
